About Ronda
Ronda brings over a decade of industry experience with particular expertise in building information modeling (BIM) technologies. As a Virtual Construction Manager, Ronda virtually coordinates buildings with design and contracting teams. She is responsible for site logistics planning and mapping for construction phasing, aligning coordination efforts with construction schedules and engaging team members to help facilitate renderings and animations for project pursuits.
Drawing on her previous BIM experience as a subcontractor, Ronda is able to identify common constructability concerns that might otherwise go undetected during design. She facilitates meetings that bring design concerns to the table and allow the construction experts to discuss issues with the engineers so that they can develop solutions that satisfy both constructability concerns and design goals.
