What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the foundation my parents gave me and the strength I draw from my spirituality. Their support, values, and belief in me have guided me through every stage of my journey.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is: “When you feel you’re being sidestepped or misled, reassess the situation and reinsert your position.” It taught me the importance of standing firm, knowing my value, and advocating for myself with clarity and confidence.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to find a mentor who can help guide you through the tough challenges. Lean into that support, stay focused, and most importantly—don’t give up. Resilience and community will take you far.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is being seen and heard as a woman in a traditionally male-dominated space. It’s not just about having a seat at the table—it’s about making sure your voice is valued and respected. The opportunity lies in continuing to push for that visibility and helping create space for more women to lead with confidence.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and truthfulness are values I carry with me in both my professional and personal life. I believe in showing up authentically and with integrity in everything I do. Outside of work, I find balance through the things I love—spending time at the beach, listening to music, and playing the piano. These moments keep me grounded and inspired.
