I work as a Key Account Manager at TNC Materials, a company that specializes in battery materials including electrolyte and cathode. We work with global tier customers like Ford and Tesla in the electric vehicle and energy storage system sectors. In my role, I lead the technical and commercial conversations with my customers, handle price negotiations and contract initiating, and manage the more commercial side of things. My overall goal is to drive the revenue of our products in the ESS and EV sectors to grow. To achieve that, I work with different functional teams to make it happen. I work very closely with our marketing team and production team to make sure we can meet my customers' requirements, and I engage with my customers on a regular basis to make sure their voices are heard and their needs can be satisfied. I've been in this field for about 5-6 years now.
