Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I think being consistent and being persistent has been key to my success. I'm very solution-oriented and adaptable. Even when I don't have the answer right away, I will find it. I always look for guidance when I need it, whether that's looking things up online or reaching out to my support network. One of the most important things I've learned from the beginning is to never try to do more than I can really handle. I know I can get anxiety from taking on too much, so I'm very intentional about my energy and priorities. I really try not to overwhelm myself with anything. I have a lot of support in my life, especially from a friend who has been the biggest one in my life, basically. She helps me a lot and would even like to be a partner in the business.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Just go for it. We, you know, it's better to make mistakes than to regret anything. Some women like things to be perfect before we start, but you're right, just go for it. Everything else will start to work itself out, and you can make adjustments as you go.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

An emerging opportunity in my field is expanding into forensic cleaning, which addresses a growing and specialized need, but it also raises concerns about whether my current team has the capacity and readiness to handle that level of work. At the same time, one of the biggest challenges is balancing growth with sustainability—avoiding overcommitment while managing the emotional and operational demands of running a service-based business.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are integrity, honesty, compassion, commitment, being team-oriented, and being ambitious. I actually have all of these written down because they're so specific and important to me. These values guide both my business and my personal life.
