Throughout her career, Rosalie has held key roles across multiple companies, including positions as Business Development Manager, Sr. Operations Manager in manufacturing, Purchasing Manager, and Branding Consultant. She has a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, negotiating cost-effective contracts, and implementing innovative strategies to increase profitability. Notably, as the former President and Owner of Innovative Fastening Systems, Inc., she grew the business from a sole proprietorship of $50K in its first year to $8M corporation in sales through strategic supplier negotiations, product line improvements, and effective international sourcing.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Here's my advice:


Walk into this industry with confidence and stay true to who you are. Believe in your strengths, stay curious, and never underestimate the power of building others up along the way.


Find mentors, build meaningful relationships, and don't be afraid to speak up - your voice, your ideas, and your leadership matter.


When you lead with positivity, integrity, and the courage to KEEP GROWING, there is NO LIMIT to how far you can go!

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in today's construction and industrial sector is navigating constant change - from evolving customer expectations to new technologies, shifting market conditions, and the growing demand for stronger, more value-driven vendor partnerships.


The industry is more competitive and more fast-paced than ever, requiring leaders to stay adaptable, informed, and innovative.


But remember, within those challenges lie tremendous opportunities. For me, the greatest opportunity is the ability to shape the future of how teams work together and how customers experience value. By building strong, trustworthy relationships, mentoring the next generation, and driving collaboration across departments and vendors, help your organization stay aligned, resilient, and ahead of the curve.
