							Rosalinda (Rose) Frietze is an accomplished operations and financial leader with extensive experience in the cooling tower and facilities services industry. As Chief Financial Officer of G.T.G Overhauling Services LLC, she oversees a wide range of business functions including operations management, business development, human resources, and financial administration. With a strong foundation in accounting, payroll, and small business taxation, Rose has been instrumental in driving GTG’s growth and reputation for reliability, efficiency, and quality service across Florida and beyond.
Rose began her academic journey at St. Johns River State College, where she earned her Associate of Arts and Sciences in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Her early education laid the groundwork for a career defined by continuous learning, perseverance, and leadership. Over the years, she has expanded her professional portfolio to include roles in project management, training, and management consulting, all while maintaining a strong presence in the cooling tower industry—a field where precision, safety, and operational excellence are paramount.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Rose is deeply passionate about giving back to her community. She actively supports causes related to animal welfare, environmental sustainability, humanitarian relief, health rehabilitation, and veteran support. Guided by her personal philosophy—“No means next opportunity, end means effort never dies, and fail means first attempt in learning”—she embodies resilience and determination. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my children. They are my greatest source of motivation and inspiration, reminding me every day why perseverance, hard work, and integrity matter. Their love and belief in me drive me to keep growing, achieving, and setting an example of resilience and purpose.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was simple but powerful: Go out and do it. It reminded me that success doesn’t come from waiting for the perfect moment—it comes from taking action, embracing challenges, and learning along the way. That mindset has pushed me to take bold steps in my career and trust in my ability to make things happen.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is: don’t let male dominance intimidate you. Believe in your knowledge, skills, and the value you bring to the table. Confidence and persistence are key—stand your ground, speak up, and know that your perspective is not only valid but needed. Every time you show up authentically and assertively, you help pave the way for more women to succeed.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is ensuring that new contracts truly meet the needs of our customers. It’s essential to balance business goals with member satisfaction and to advocate for solutions that create real value. At the same time, I see great opportunity in building new relationships—each connection offers a chance to collaborate, learn, and strengthen the network of support that ultimately benefits the people we serve.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me—in both my work and personal life—are honesty, respect, and integrity. I believe in being truthful and transparent in every interaction, treating others with kindness and understanding, and always doing what’s right, even when it’s not easy. These principles guide how I lead, collaborate, and make decisions every day.
