She continues her healthcare work by providing personal care services to cancer patients. 01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
First, you got to stay focused. I don't care what field you in. I tell my daughter, you know, she had a hard time, you know, coming out of college, but yeah, you just gotta stay focused, and do what you need to do to reach a dream.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In the healthcare field, I'm in a small city, so I think it's more of just getting people to understand the need that the elderly need, especially. It's hard to keep people in that particular workforce.
