Rosaline Carrington
Rosaline Carrington is an inclusive change leader with over 25 years of experience spanning finance, accounting, project management, and large-scale organizational transformation. She currently serves at Equinix as a Director of Project and Program Management within Global Finance Strategy and Transformation, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate financial systems, drive operational efficiency, and support global business growth. Her career has evolved from foundational roles in accounting and financial systems management into strategic leadership positions focused on enabling organizational change across multinational environments.
Her work today centers on helping organizations become “AI-first” by closing the gap between technological capability and workforce readiness. Through her experience in change management and AI governance, she advocates for what she calls being “Ready for Unreadiness”—the ability for organizations and individuals to continuously adapt in a world defined by constant disruption. She emphasizes building resilient, adaptive, and insight-driven teams while preparing employees for emerging hybrid roles that blend human judgment with AI-enabled decision-making.
Rosaline holds a Master’s Certificate in Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and has completed executive education in Artificial Intelligence at MIT. She is also certified in change and project management and is an active contributor to professional communities focused on transformation and leadership. Across her career, she has consistently focused on aligning people, processes, and technology to enable sustainable business performance in rapidly evolving environments.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to continuous education and staying current with emerging trends, particularly in technology and AI, as well as consistently embracing opportunities to be present and engaged in the right rooms where growth and meaningful connections happen.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The most influential career advice I’ve received is that I belong in the room and should trust that I am there for a reason without second-guessing my place or contribution. As a woman, I was also advised to be intentional about how I show up—avoiding defaulting to roles like note-taking or cleaning up after meetings unless they are explicitly part of my responsibilities—so that my presence and contributions reflect my expertise and the value I bring.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to consistently ensure they remain relevant by staying aware of changes and actively adapting to them. Throughout my career, I’ve navigated major shifts—from the rise of the internet and the dot-com era to Y2K and, more recently, the rapid advancement of AI—and each required intentional learning and reinvention. Rather than waiting for space to be created, I’ve learned that we must continuously evolve with the landscape, because those who don’t risk being left behind.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field right now is the rapid pace of change, which is faster than anything we’ve experienced before, even during the rise of the internet. I often refer to this as being “ready for unreadiness,” meaning individuals and organizations must adapt to a reality where stability is no longer guaranteed and constant change is the norm. With ongoing shifts in the global economy, the workplace, and the increasing integration of AI into everyday life, success now depends on staying flexible, continuously learning, and being comfortable operating in an environment that never fully settles.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important value in both my work and personal life is knowing my value—understanding my worth, staying grounded in it, and not compromising it based on external circumstances or expectations.
