About Rosaline
Rosaline Madray Dabie is a Senior Paralegal at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, where she provides legal support while bringing a strong commitment to advocacy, service, and community empowerment. With five years of experience in the legal field, Rosaline has developed expertise in legal assistance, counseling, mentoring, and supporting individuals navigating challenging circumstances. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she dedicates significant time to humanitarian initiatives focused on empowering young girls, teenage girls, and women affected by abuse, domestic violence, and limited access to resources, particularly in underserved and remote communities.
Rosaline’s passion for advocacy is deeply rooted in her personal experiences and her upbringing in Guyana, where she witnessed the importance of representation and community support. Her journey as a single mother raising two daughters for fifteen years further strengthened her resilience, compassion, and commitment to helping others overcome obstacles. While she has built her leadership abilities through hands-on experience rather than formal certifications, Rosaline has earned recognition for her dedication to teamwork and leadership, including a leadership and teamwork award from the Emory University General Counsel’s Office.
In addition to managing her professional responsibilities and overseeing a team of nine administrators, Rosaline remains personally involved in the communities she serves by following up on cases, checking in with individuals, and ensuring that women in vulnerable situations receive the support and resources they need. Her volunteer efforts include working with organizations such as Service Juris, Hands On Atlanta, the Hunger Campaign, and the Atlanta Food Bank, while extending her outreach efforts internationally, particularly throughout South America. Through her legal career and humanitarian work, Rosaline continues to inspire others through compassion, perseverance, and a commitment to creating meaningful change.

Ten minutes with Rosaline
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion for service, perseverance, and a deep commitment to advocating for women and girls who feel overlooked or forgotten. As an Indo-Caribbean Black woman who came to the United States at a young age, I developed a strong sense of purpose and a desire to create meaningful change, particularly through my outreach work in South America. My motivation comes from an inner drive to be present, listen, and provide support to women, young girls, and survivors of abuse and domestic violence in underserved communities. Through counseling, mentoring, and advocacy, I have built leadership skills through hands-on experience, continuously learning from the individuals and communities I serve. I believe that true impact comes from showing up consistently, personally following up, and ensuring that people know they are valued and not alone. Whether coordinating with my team of administrators or personally checking in with those in need, I remain committed to providing guidance, resources, and hope to those seeking support. My success is rooted in compassion, dedication, and the determination to use my experiences to uplift others and create lasting change.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received was to follow my dreams and pursue work that brings me fulfillment rather than focusing solely on financial gain. My former boss and general counsel, Jane Jordan, encouraged me to stay true to my purpose, especially in my humanitarian work and advocacy for women. She reminded me to never give up, to trust my passion, and to recognize when I have found something meaningful that aligns with my values. Her guidance taught me that true success comes from doing work that inspires me, creates a positive impact, and allows me to serve others with dedication and purpose. I continue to carry that advice with me by remaining committed to my mission and staying focused on the work that brings me fulfillment.
