Rosangela Resto

Rosangela Resto serves as the founder of Royal Links Connection, a non-profit organization dedicated to parent advocacy for families and support for parents struggling with children who have autism. She began developing her business nearly 20 years ago and brought it into public view starting in 2020, with growing recognition by 2022. Based in New York, NY, Resto focuses on community building and helping families stay together through her advocacy work. She is currently enrolled in school pursuing her GED followed by paralegal studies. In addition to her non-profit efforts, Resto has created MSK Boutique, a clothing line emphasizing unity across races as a Black-owned business. She is professionally known as Ms. Scarlett and maintains her organization as her primary professional affiliation while volunteering as a parent advocate.
