01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Remain resilient. There's gonna be bad moments. It's just about not giving up and giving it your all every single day. Be resilient and committed, not letting a bad day ruin your potential. It's okay to take a couple of steps back, like initially taking a pay cut, but adjust and grow.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Competition is always there but opportunities are definitely there. It comes down to how much work you want to put into it. If you do your job with heart, passion, and genuine, you will do well.
