About Rose
Rose Carlisle serves as an HR director specializing in M&A within the healthcare environment. With a total of 18 years in human resources and 6 to 7 years focused on healthcare, she is a true HR generalist at heart who also excels in project management and operations. Rose holds PHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and earned a degree as a communications major. She began her career as an administrator supporting outsourced HR functions before expanding into payroll, benefits, and ultimately HR strategy. Rose has successfully managed three acquisitions as head of HR and recently completed the sale of a company that grew from 400-500 to 1200 employees. Her next career goal is to reach the VP level, leveraging her expertise in the M&A space and her commitment to enhancing employee quality of life through better total rewards and unified HR processes such as HRIS and benefits integration. Rose is a member of the Atlanta Track Club.
