Rose Kramer is the Founder and General Manager of Jonicki Capital Consulting, which she launched in January 2025 after identifying a growing need for more accessible and flexible business funding solutions. She brings over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and more than 12 years as a real estate investor, giving her a deep, practical understanding of business finance from both an operational and investment perspective.

Throughout her career, Rose observed a consistent shift in traditional lending practices, with banks tightening their lending criteria for 16 consecutive quarters. In response, she built her firm to connect business owners with alternative lenders who specialize in serving different industries, including restaurants, spas, retail, and service-based businesses. Her approach streamlines the funding process by reducing documentation requirements often requiring only a prior year’s tax return rather than extensive multi-year financial records and offering fast pre-approvals, frequently within minutes, without impacting credit scores.

What drives Rose most is the impact her work has on business owners who have been turned away by traditional banks. She finds fulfillment in helping clients move from rejection to approval and ultimately turning their business goals into reality, whether that means expanding a storefront, adding a revenue-generating patio for a café, or improving cash flow to support growth. Her work is rooted in the belief that access to capital should be efficient, transparent, and aligned with the real-world needs of entrepreneurs.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to networking and just getting myself out there. You can have the best service or product out there, but if nobody knows about it, it's not happening. That's been the key for me - just keep networking and making sure people know what I can do for them. It's about building those connections and relationships so that when businesses need funding and their bank says no, they know they can come to me and I'll find a way to help them.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Just get started. Don't wait until you have everything perfectly planned out. A lot of times people keep planning and planning, and they want to have the complete vision before they start making steps towards it. But you don't have to have that complete vision before you begin. Micro steps can change the trajectory - if you just make 1% changes every day, ten years from now will look completely different. So my advice is simple: just do it, just get started, and don't let the lack of a perfect plan hold you back.
