Rose M. White: What does it mean to be an influential woman? Well, to me, it means living with authenticity, with wisdom, with courage and purpose in a, in a way that positively impacts the lives of others. Influence is not just about titles or popularity or public recognition. But true influence is about how you inspire, how you uplift, how you encourage and help others grow through the words that you speak, your character, your leadership, even your life experiences. An influential woman leads with integrity. She remains resilient through challenges and uses her voice to bring hope and healing and transformation to all those who are around her. She understands that her influence is not only seen in public success, but it's also in those quiet moments where she empowers others to believe in themselves and move forward. What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Dr.

Rose M. White: My advice to younger women is this, do not allow fear, comparison, rejection or delays to make you abandon your dreams. Stay committed to your vision, even when the process feels slow or difficult. Invest in your growth, protect your peace, and surround yourself with people who genuinely support your purpose. Understand that success is not built overnight. It's built through consistency, through discipline, through faith, through resilience and a willingness to keep moving forward even after disappointment. Most importantly, never lose your identity trying to become what others expect you to be. Walk confidently in who you are because your uniqueness is part of your purpose.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Rose

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to having strong people in my life who can see the real me but are able to speak truth. Even if it may be something that I may not necessarily agree with, they care enough to tell me what is the truth so that I can become better, because I don't know it all. They may see things that I don't necessarily see, and they are open enough to say, okay, that's a great idea, but I think that this is going to make it better. So they are open and able to share those things with me to help me to become better.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is staying true to my own self. Being my own authentic self, and building that which is in my heart, and accomplishing the things which I believe is my mandate, my calling, what I have been called to do, not trying to mimic or do something that someone else has done or is trying to do, but that which is within me.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to women entering my industry is knowing exactly who they are and what it is that they want to accomplish. If they have not been able to accomplish or fully recognize that there are some things that they want to do and they may need help, they should not be afraid to ask for help and to be honest and true to themselves. They need to recognize, I need some help, this is what I want to do, I can't seem to get there, and I need that help. Being able to quickly ask for the help, ask for the assistance, and know that it's okay.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

My biggest challenge has been having staff to help me accomplish what I want to do. I am a creator by nature, so I am constantly creating and putting together new things, because I not only have a business, but I also have created an actual Bible college and seminary. Having staff and the assistance and help to be able to accomplish all the things that I am looking to do has been my biggest hurdle. I just recently was able to get one virtual assistant, so that has been my biggest hurdle I would think.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are integrity, honesty, doing what you say that you are going to do, and being a person of your word. Integrity is of the utmost importance to me, and that is number one.
