A graduate of the first class at Catherine Hinds School, she furthered her expertise by completing an online course on stem cells at Johns Hopkins in 2018. Luciano attributes her success to believing in herself and loving her work, principles instilled by her father who advised her to love whatever she does to achieve success. She values honesty and loyalty above all and remains committed to mentoring young professionals in her field by encouraging continuous learning and a deep understanding of human anatomy. In addition to her professional contributions, she supports charitable causes by regularly donating clothing and other items.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Roseanne

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to believing in myself and loving what I do. My dad taught me to love whatever you do and you'll be successful. Even through cancer, knee replacements, and hardships, I keep going because I know who I am and I love helping people.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I received was from my dad: love what you do. He said if you mop floors, be the best one. Don't do it just for a paycheck. I don't do it for a paycheck, I do it because I love it.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't think you know it all. Open your brain wide and keep learning every day. You have to fly to fail sometimes to find your way. Don't stop learning. Study human anatomy and understand that every body is different.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is young girls who think they know it all and fly to fail. They come out of school thinking they have it down but don't understand how to approach clients or the science. The opportunity is teaching them to love themselves and use natural plant-based methods instead of harsh chemicals or Botox.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty and loyalty are most important. Stay true to yourself. Don't let anyone get in your vision or critique you. Be one of the kindest even at your lowest. My mother taught me there will always be someone smarter but be loyal and true.
