About Roseanne
Roseanne Scrimalli serves in the Department of Health's Medical Marijuana Program in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where she reviews dispensary paperwork to verify that all numbers match and that testing meets state-regulated sanitary regulations. With roots in the field dating back to around 2010, she first learned cannabis cultivation basics in California through the Cannabis Farmers Connection before bringing her skills to Pennsylvania, where she has spent a decade contributing to the state's medical cannabis efforts. Scrimalli maintains a non-profit focused on medical cannabis coaching, providing guidance on strains, dosage, and medical applications based on the latest research. She demonstrated strong cultivation abilities with a 98 percent survival rate for her clones and played an active role in advocating for the passage of Pennsylvania's medical cannabis bill around 2015-2016 by organizing petitions and meeting with representatives in Harrisburg. Her professional values center on believing in the science of cannabinoids and maintaining factual knowledge even when facing outdated perspectives.
