Rosemarie Montry

I am currently a stay-at-home mom, caring for my three children who are ages 9, 7, and 5. Before this, I worked for 2 years as a shift leader at Walgreens, where I received promotions as they seemed fit when I did my job. Prior to Walgreens, I worked at H&R Block as an associate team leader. Throughout my career, I've held various customer service positions including cashier, bagger, and courtesy clerk roles, and I also worked selling insurance for exercise equipment. I made the transition to staying home after voluntarily leaving Walgreens due to harassment issues with my manager. I've really enjoyed being at home with my kids. My proudest moments have been being able to work and also take care of my kids, and getting promotions throughout my career. My biggest accomplishment has been with my youngest daughter, who is 5 and has autism. Over these past 5 years, she has gone from not being able to speak or climb to actually climbing, being a monkey, and speaking words and sentences.
