Ten minutes with Rosemarie

01What do you attribute your success to?

My kids, seeing me be successful, the drive to want to make a difference, to be impactful to everybody that I come across, to every place that I'm planted in, to leave things better than I found them.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Taking one thing at a time has really helped me. Through my journey, I have a lot of faith. Things happen for a reason and God always has His hand in that work. Just staying, keeping that in the forefront of everyday things.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Have mentors, talk to people, find where they fit, what they're passionate about, and go for it. Take one day at a time, find out what their next goal is, and keep going. Always talk to their mentors to see how they can grow. Do not give up. There's hard days but just keep going, take a rest when you need to but get up and keep going. Looking back, it all pays off.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Faith and family.
