Her Interview
Ten minutes with Rosemary
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to following where life takes me, noticing opportunities, and listening to my heart and intuition. I realized I needed a break when burning out, focused on my MBA, and now I'm in a great role pursuing something that ties everything together. There's a purpose for all of this.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
A friend told me a few years ago that I need to be more audacious. Men have no problem asking for things, and statistics show men apply for jobs way out of their scope, so she said I need to be more audacious like men.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are creativity, continuous learning, and the ability to bring ideas to life. I enjoy taking on projects that challenge me, whether it is transforming my home with thoughtful design details, learning new skills through repairs and crafts, or creating meaningful experiences with my four-year-old son. I believe in approaching life with curiosity, dedication, and a passion for creating spaces, memories, and opportunities that reflect who I am.
