She is a healthcare quality and practice management professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration, quality assurance, and community outreach. She currently works as a Practice Facilitator at IPA and as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, with experience managing HEDIS data collection and improvement initiatives related to HEDIS, MIPS, and PCMH processes. She previously spent 18 years as an Outreach Coordinator at QHN, demonstrating strong experience in healthcare coordination and administrative support. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health/Healthcare Administration and Management from Saint Joseph’s College.
