01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would just encourage to follow their dream, and not to be afraid of losing time. Make their dream a job, make the hobby a career. Because now with AI everything is possible. They can just jump in directly after their bachelor's degree and follow their passion. Using that talent, using that extra curiosity about something they really like.
