What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the passion I have for helping my customers acquire exceptional quality pieces that carry meaningful stories and create lasting memories. Equally important is the collaborative teams I build—by supporting and empowering them, we achieve success together. One example of this was when I helped develop a new store, an effort that contributed to my recognition as District Manager of the Year in 2019.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I have the ability to make a difference, grow continuously, and achieve meaningful success. This guidance has inspired me to approach every opportunity with purpose and to focus on creating impact while advancing both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to take the leap into the world of fine jewelry. It’s a rewarding field that offers the chance to grow, create meaningful connections, and become part of a supportive, passionate community.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced—and an incredible opportunity—was relocating 14 hours away from my home state to build a new store from the ground up. Turning it into the successful, thriving store it is today required adaptability, resilience, and the ability to lead and inspire a team in a completely new environment.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, growth, and giving back. I take pride in my journey with this company, starting as a seasonal part-time employee and growing into the role of Working Manager of the Year. Equally meaningful is my commitment to philanthropy, particularly my involvement with St. Jude, an organization whose mission I deeply support and contribute to whenever I can.
