My life experiences and family support have also played an important role in shaping my journey and resilience.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to believe in my own value and stay committed to continuous learning. I’ve learned that discipline, preparation, and confidence in my knowledge are essential, and that I belong in every room I enter. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women to never underestimate their worth and to remain confident in their abilities. It is important to keep learning, stay prepared, and trust that your perspective matters, even in environments that may feel intimidating or male-dominated. Self-belief must come first—if you do not believe in yourself, it becomes difficult for others to do so.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is navigating confidence and voice in environments that can be intimidating or male-dominated, along with balancing professional ambition and personal responsibilities. At the same time, there are strong opportunities for growth, advancement, and increasing representation of women in legal and contract management roles.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are integrity, faith, discipline, compassion, and perseverance. I also value honesty, accountability, humility, and continuous learning. Personally and professionally, I believe in treating people with kindness, staying grounded in purpose, and maintaining strong ethical standards in everything I do.
