About Ruchi
Ruchi Tandon leads the QuickBooks Time Team at Intuit, overseeing a product used for time tracking by many small businesses. With more than 20 years in tech, she has spent the last 11 years leading product strategy and development, building products from zero to one and scaling them across markets and geographies. Prior to her current role, Tandon worked in consulting, leading enterprise software implementations for customers. She has experience in both customer-facing roles and shipping products for enterprise clients. Tandon specialized in systems and human resources during her MBA from India, which she completed in 2000, directing her career toward HR tech. In 2019, she completed a one-year corporate innovation program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She has been involved with the Women in Product Group and led the Silicon Valley chapter of an AI association.
