What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong values instilled in me, my genuine love for helping others, my passion for what I do, and my ability to connect with clients in three different languages. My father was my mentor and greatest inspiration—he taught me to strive for excellence and to always pursue my goals with integrity. He also supported my sister, Dr. Fabiola Salazar Leguía, former Congresswoman of the Amazonas region in Peru, who tragically passed away in 2008 in a car accident while serving her country. Fabiola was a compassionate and dedicated leader, deeply committed to uniting political groups and improving the lives of impoverished communities throughout her region and across Peru. Her transparency, integrity, and unwavering dedication to public service left an enduring legacy. Her example continues to inspire me to pursue success with the same compassion and determination—to serve others, earn their trust, and make a positive difference in people’s lives.
