Ruth Lordan

Ruth Lordan has been working professionally as a psychic for 57 years. Coming from a family of psychics, philosophers, spiritual practitioners, and witches, she earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy in the 1970s. After briefly considering law school in New Orleans, she began her career after spotting a palm reader wanted sign and was hired on the spot. Lordan has since built a reputation reading palms, cards, tea leaves, and crystal balls, as well as communicating with animals. She gained prominence in Chicago and later in Los Angeles as psychic to the stars, counting celebrities among her clients. In addition to readings at parties, restaurants, and via FaceTime, she has created product lines such as the Body Spirits essential oils in 1974-75 and yoga-inspired jewelry. Lordan has written books and maintains an organic practice without advertising, with clients finding her through word of mouth. She has given readings at the Medina Entertainment Center for 30 years and is a member of the National Speakers Association Minnesota chapter.
