About Ruth
Ruth Moses brings more than two decades of expertise to the merchant services industry. After completing nursing school, she pivoted from a call center role into sales, drawn by the freedom and flexibility the field offered to balance her professional and family life. Based in downtown Tampa, Florida, Ruth has spent 22 years helping businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large corporations, by educating clients on services and pricing. She leads her sales team by example, actively participating in the field alongside them, and contributes to her community through membership in several chambers and networking groups. Ruth credits her success to her genuine desire to help others, which fuels a strong network of referrals, and she continues to grow professionally by building relationships and attending events.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My eagerness to want to help people. A lot of my business is referred business. I help one and they pass on that information to someone else.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Think of things that they like to do, things that make them happy, whether it's helping people, or building something, or providing a service, and then talking to other people. Always learning, connect with other females, talk about different opportunities and educational events until they find something that makes them happy.
