Ruth Santiago

Ruth Santiago is an accomplished IT Business Analyst at Stemilt Growers, where she specializes in aligning technology with business operations to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and support organizational growth. With five years at one of the nation's leading fruit growers and packers, she has progressed from human resources and employee engagement into information technology, focusing on human capital systems while expanding her expertise into supply chain, warehousing, and production operations. Her ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions has made her a valuable contributor to cross-functional initiatives that drive process improvement and operational excellence.

Raised in the agricultural industry on a pear orchard in Washington State, Ruth developed a deep appreciation for the people and processes that power food production. Her career has included hands-on agricultural work, human resources leadership, and operational management before transitioning into business analysis and technology. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Central Washington University and has completed CompTIA ITF+ and Data+ certifications while continuing to expand her technical expertise through additional certifications in cloud technologies, process automation, artificial intelligence, and systems integration. She is an applicant to the Washington State University Extension Master Gardener Program and is an active supporter of Ducks Unlimited, where she advocates for wetland conservation and the use of native plants to strengthen local ecosystems.
