She is an employee relations, HR project management, data analytics, and organizational transition professional with experience in high-sensitivity workforce projects, case management systems, ER/HR metrics, team effectiveness, coaching, mergers, and global stakeholder coordination. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Projects, Data and Analytics in Employee Relations at The Walt Disney Company, supporting client groups across ESPN, Disney Entertainment Product & Technology, Direct-to-Consumer, and International. Her background includes progressive ER project leadership at Disney, along with marketing project management, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and HR coordination experience with Munchkin and Smart Resources.
