What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my mother. She was a teacher and a single mother raising two children with incredible determination, enthusiasm, and grit—doing everything on her own. Watching her navigate life with such resilience and dedication served as a powerful role model and inspiration for me. Early in my career, this example gave me the confidence and drive to create the freedom I needed to truly excel in my work.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to under-promise and over-deliver. I focus on leaning into my strengths and consistently surprising clients and colleagues with the quality and impact of my work.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to follow what truly draws you. Do your research and understand both the industry and your clients so you can approach opportunities with confidence. Seek out strong mentors, and never stop expanding your network—relationships are key to growth and success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is the rapid rise of AI. It’s transforming the way we work, offering incredible possibilities for innovation while also presenting new challenges that require adaptability and thoughtful integration.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance and leading by example. I strive to be a strong role model for my niece, showing how women can carve their own path with confidence and determination. Outside of work, I’m an avid snowboarder, reader, and sports fan, and I cherish quality time with my pup, family, and friends.
