Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of vision, determination, and a commitment to empowering those around me. Since taking over as CEO last year, I have focused on transforming the company through strategic planning, innovative thinking, and fostering a culture of collaboration. By setting clear goals, inspiring my team, and remaining adaptable in the face of challenges, I have been able to drive meaningful change and position the organization for sustained growth and success.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be self-starting and persistent; seek out mentors and coaches; surround yourself with people who challenge and teach you; focus on building tools and processes that create durable, scalable results.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are connection, balance, and presence. I prioritize family above all, cherishing time spent together, whether it’s enjoying a movie night at home, hiking in nature, or snow skiing during the winter. These experiences ground me, remind me of what matters most, and inspire me to bring the same care, focus, and dedication to my professional life.
