01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn everything that you can, even if it's a little bit of every information. About 20 different things, you already know more than the average Joe. And that'll help always lend a helping hand. That could be a teachable moment, a learning moment, but you have that experience. And I think that's really what got me to where I am, and just being able to be available with certain boundaries, obviously, but be willing to help, and if you enjoy it, especially, that's even better.
