Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sabrina
01What do you attribute your success to?
My mindset. Leaning in to people who saw things in me. Whether there were people for me or not, my mindset kept me going. I choose to continue to put myself out there and speak up even when it's uncomfortable.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The sky's the limit. Have the right mindset. Find the right partners and mentors. And stay asking questions.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Biggest challenges in retail include hiring true talent with skill, will, and accountability. Brick and mortar is coming back but finding people with the right mindset and buy-in is hard. Opportunities are limited in my brand due to strong support but in the field overall, more investment in development for next steps like ASMs to store managers.
