What do you attribute your success to?
Sabrina has a history of volunteering at residential programs that provides services for victims of domestic violence and residential programs for addiction services. Sabrina provides training and motivational seminars that has help to guide individuals through various stages of change, transformation and recovery.

What do I attribute to my success? My faith. Im a Christian woman who never denies the source for who I am and what I have accomplished in my personal life and my career. I'm never afraid to move on. I don't believe is staying in a place that makes you unhappy or where you're no longer wanted or where you no Ionger developing and growing. My dad who did not graduate from high school but yet had skills that landed him a job with New York City Transit instilled that I had to go to college. He never wanted me to feel stuck at a job because I didn't have options. His advice was to position yourself to be able to go higher.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I was told by the President of my previous job, David Feldman, President at Imperial Cleaning " To every problem there's a solution"
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn the business inside and out, but most importantly, focus on the people. Building strong relationships, understanding team dynamics, and valuing the perspectives of others are what truly drive success in this field.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Getting the cleaning industry to understand the need for new training methods because cleaning is no longer about just cleaning, it's now about public health.
