Her Story

About Sabrina

Sabrina Vega Adaui is an energy healer, mentor and business funding consultant based in San Francisco. For over six years, she has helped clients break free from limiting patterns through a holistic approach that integrates meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and mindset transformation. She is the creator of Rewire, her signature transformational program designed to help people create lasting change from the inside out.

Originally from Perú, Sabrina built a career in television production, media, and event management before moving to the United States without speaking too much English. She began working in the hospitality industry while adapting to a new life, and it was during her solo travels through India that she discovered meditation, a turning point that transformed her own healing journey.

After overcoming anxiety, panic attacks, and years of personal challenges, Sabrina became a certified health coach and certified energy healer, dedicating her work to helping others reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting transformation. Her coaching combines practical tools with deep inner work, empowering clients to heal, grow, and live with greater purpose.

Beyond all that, Sabrina is passionate about creating projects that support underserved communities around the world. She believes that growth begins by stepping outside of your comfort zone and that consistency, courage, honesty, integrity, gratitude, and joy are the foundation of a fulfilling life. Her mission is to inspire others to trust their vision, embrace every experience, and become the source of their own transformation.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sabrina

01What do you attribute your success to?

My willingness to really step out of my comfort zone, and being consistent. Coming from Perú, English not being my first language, I started from zero, and moved to the States to make a life. I give that version of myself a hug and say thank you for being brave.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Experience life, because it really is the best teacher. All the experiences that you get are the ones that make you grow, even if negative or positive. If you get out of your comfort zone, and allow yourself to really experience anything, and be honest with your feelings, emotions, and be present, you get to grow a lot more.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't think that because it doesn't seem like it's working, that it's not going to work. If you have a vision of what you want, just stay focused. Laser focus on that, no matter what. Always look at that and go back to that. Even if you make small steps, that's what matters the most. I kept investing on myself and trying even on days I wanted to give up.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

For a while it felt like I didn't fit in just one single box because I've done so many different things. It felt like a challenge because I always try so hard in order to belong. Now seeing it as an opportunity is acknowledging that I can be a lot of different things and still honor who I am in essence, and all the skills that I've acquired in all these different roles and experiences.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, integrity, gratitude, and joy. If you experience joy, you're able to give that to others as well.
