What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong women who have shaped my life. Growing up in a rural town in the South, the women in my family and church consistently spoke life into me, instilling values of resilience, determination, and faith that continue to guide me today.
Academically and professionally, I have built a diverse foundation that supports my career ambitions. I hold a Master’s in Project Management and a Master’s in Sports Management, both from Drexel University. I am also licensed in Property & Casualty and earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (with a concentration in Marketing) and Finance from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
These experiences, combined with the guidance and inspiration from the women who nurtured me, have shaped me into a dedicated, strategic, and driven professional, ready to take on challenges and create meaningful impact in my field.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never succumb to imposter syndrome. People may project their own limitations and insecurities onto you, but it’s crucial not to let that influence your confidence. Believe in yourself, trust your abilities, and stay committed to your growth—your potential is far greater than any doubts others may try to place on you.
