Sadie Peterson is the CEO and co-founder of Community Health 360, a technology company developing innovative software solutions that empower community-based organizations to deliver more effective, sustainable care. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Human Services, specializing in Public Health Policy and Management from Oregon State University, she has built her career at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and community impact. Before launching Community Health 360, Sadie gained extensive experience working across clinics, hospitals, health plans, and Medicaid programs, where she developed expertise in healthcare operations, community engagement, and health equity initiatives. Her vision is to equip community organizations with scalable technology and infrastructure that reduce administrative burdens while strengthening the delivery of essential services.
Throughout her career, Sadie has remained committed to advancing equitable, community-driven healthcare solutions. After taking time away from her career to raise her young children, she returned to the workforce with renewed purpose, advancing into leadership roles before pursuing entrepreneurship. Drawing on years of experience collaborating with healthcare systems, government agencies, and community organizations, she co-founded Community Health 360 to address the unique operational challenges faced by grassroots organizations. Under her leadership, the company is building a technology platform that simplifies reporting, streamlines billing processes, and supports the long-term sustainability of organizations serving vulnerable populations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong work ethic my parents instilled in me. From a young age, I worked to earn money for my school supplies, clothing, and personal expenses, teaching me that success comes through hard work, resilience, and responsibility. Their example inspired me to always earn opportunities through dedication rather than expect them to be handed to me.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received came from my father: “Keep your head up and walk with a purpose.” He taught me to carry myself with confidence, greet others warmly, and build meaningful relationships. That advice has opened countless doors throughout my career, helping me connect with people, see the bigger picture, and make a greater impact.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: use your voice. Share your ideas with confidence, advocate for yourself, and lead with humility and purpose. Courage, thoughtful communication, and a genuine desire to help others will open doors and create meaningful opportunities for growth.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is overcoming barriers to equitable funding, particularly as the founder of a Native American- and woman-owned technology company. I have also seen organizations become increasingly overextended, making relationship-building and business development more challenging. At the same time, these challenges create opportunities for innovative solutions and meaningful partnerships that can drive lasting impact.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are integrity, honesty, and always doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. I am committed to accuracy, accountability, and earning trust in everything I do. I also live by my family’s motto, “Build morale,” by encouraging others, fostering positive relationships, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and leading with a strong work ethic.
