Sai Mayukha Aitha

I graduated from National Institute of Technology in India with a bachelor's and from The Ohio State University with a Master's in Computer Science specializing in AI. I also completed the Harvard Business School online CORE course learning economics, accounting, and business operations, which inspired me greatly. I met many people from different countries at the Connext event. I built JobHack Pro to help job seekers with referrals, AI-tailored resumes, recruiter outreach messages, emotional tracking during applications, and upcoming layoff maps for career navigation. The platform is used in over 20 countries. Key achievements include Web Summit invitation, Startup of the Year by Stevie Awards, SB100, and Thai Women Silicon Valley Cohort selection. Ultimate satisfaction comes from users getting jobs and sharing how it changed their lives.
