In this role, she acts as a support system for operations by fine-tuning processes, conducting audits, and driving risk management strategies to prevent financial leakages and align with business goals. Her educational background includes a Master's in Microbiology, which provides foundational knowledge that aids her expertise in medical management, workers' compensation, and disability management within the claims system. With a decade of experience in food safety following a transition from pharmaceutical and medical fields, Sai brings a validated, process-oriented approach to her work. She has previously participated in diversity groups and engages in philanthropic efforts such as child support initiatives and group activities like Christmas Once a Child and adopting a child programs.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I get fascinated how I've worked with multiple leaders. Every individual teaches you something. In the processing facility as a manager you witness and work with different drivers who are the front-end people. It is more of a proven process, a validated approach what you learn every day.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always make up the mind open to learn and grow. This is the age of transformation. Having adaptability and interest to learn the things and adapt to the processes will take us way long.
