About Saima

I am a mindset coach and people strategy leader dedicated to helping individuals and organizations create lasting transformation from the inside out. I currently serve as the CEO and Founder of Talent Edge World, a mindset and leadership coaching practice I established in February 2025, based in Princeton, New Jersey. Through Talent Edge World, I work with leaders and executives to build clarity, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership, and I support individuals in shifting limiting beliefs, aligning with their core values, and thriving in both personal and professional life. My approach is rooted in the principles of Core Energy Coaching, focusing on raising awareness, increasing energy levels, and unlocking true potential so that clients can take aligned, impactful action. I also serve as a Mindset Coach at Strawberry on a freelance basis and as a Certified Life Coach at Thaddeus Resource Center, where I support clients through goal-focused coaching, emotional guidance, and practical skill development, helping them build resilience, strengthen confidence, and create clear action plans for their next steps toward stability, growth, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Before launching my coaching practice, I spent over eight years at EBA CLEARING in progressively responsible talent management roles across Paris and the United States. I began as Assistant Manager of Human Resources, where I managed 360-degree recruitment operations across six European countries and the UK, led training and development for a 120-member workforce, boosted corporate brand reputation, and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives that resulted in a fifty-two percent increase in diverse hires. I then served as Talent Management Specialist for six years, where I implemented innovative talent acquisition strategies that significantly reduced time-to-fill for critical positions, designed and executed comprehensive onboarding programs, and pioneered the seamless integration of HRIS solutions. I later became Talent Management Expert, where I led and implemented talent management strategies that resulted in a ten percent reduction in time-to-fill and a fifteen percent improvement in recruitment quality, improved cultural diversity and employee engagement across thirty-eight nationalities leading to a thirty percent increase in employee relations, and ensured one hundred percent compliance with global HR standards contributing to successful company audits.

Between my time at EBA CLEARING and founding Talent Edge World, I served as Global People and Culture Manager at Atlas Systems, where I was brought in to establish strategic people functions from the ground up. I built and led initiatives that connected people strategy to organizational goals, successfully led company-wide reorganization efforts, managed cultural transitions, and embedded leadership and executive coaching into the fabric of the company. I developed coaching programs, mentorship pathways, and soft skills training that empowered leaders and strengthened team performance, implemented DEI policies to foster an inclusive environment, set up performance feedback systems, introduced recognition programs, and built out HR and recruitment functions across U.S. and overseas teams.

Across my career in talent management, human resources, and coaching, my work has been driven by a single belief: that people are the heart of every organization, and that when individuals are empowered to lead with clarity, purpose, and resilience, they create ripple effects that transform teams, companies, and communities. Whether I am coaching a leader through a career transition, designing a global talent strategy, or helping a client shift a limiting belief, I am committed to helping people unlock their potential and thrive.
