01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Not giving up is the biggest advice. When there is a lot of pressure, we tend to step back, but good encouragement from people advised me not to step back or quit, to hold on for some more time and things will be easy.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never settle for less. Value your own work and look for it that whatever you are doing is really important. Do not get discouraged because people are there to demotivate at every step. In technology specifically, women's work is not that valued, they don't feel like women can be technical enough.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There are always more opportunities. The industry is very competitive now. To hold our positions, we have to hold on to whatever is at stake. We really have to work a lot. Keep yourself updated, keep your skill set updated. A lot of work is needed to get through those opportunities.
