Saleha Rajapkar

I have spent almost 20 years in the accounting field, with my most recent role as Senior Manager Accounting in the manufacturing infrastructure industry. Throughout my career, my most notable achievements have been in process improvements, making closing processes more effective, ERP implementation and upgrades, and third-party software transition and implementation. I am currently in a transition period, exploring opportunities where I can leverage my extensive experience and continue to climb my career ladder while contributing meaningfully to my next company. I have always taken a positive approach to learning - if I don't know something, I learn it, master it, and move on, and then mentor my team members. Outside of work, I focus on health through yoga and meditation, and I enjoy creative pursuits and upskilling myself on the technology front.
