About Sally
She is the Executive Director at Health and Hope Clinic, Inc., where she provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the organization. In this role, she oversees clinical and administrative operations, ensures quality patient care delivery, manages staff and resources, and guides organizational growth and sustainability while strengthening community healthcare services.
She is responsible for driving the clinic’s mission through program development, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of healthcare services to support underserved populations and improve access to care.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would attribute my success to God. I think he just orders my life completely, and if I am always putting my best foot forward, I always just have an easy time sleeping at night, because I know I'm acting on behalf of people that don't have a voice, and putting others first, and just following how I'm being led.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take the help. Find mentors in your life. I don't care what industry you're in, you should always be identifying mentors, and being in a mentorship. Sometimes it's just very bold, it feels scary, but if it was easy, everybody would do it. Follow your gut, be brave, put your big girl pants on, and go where you're led.
