Sally Connolly

She is an accomplished business leader, educator, and toy industry executive with over two decades of experience in product development, manufacturing, and brand strategy. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Napa Valley Toys USA LLC, she leads the company's strategic direction, operations, and soft goods engineering, building on her extensive background in the toy industry. She is also a College Lecturer at Otis College of Art and Design, where she shares her expertise with the next generation of designers and entrepreneurs. Her career includes ownership of CoCo Toys, where she developed popular brands including Night Buddies, Pocket Surprises, Buddy Boxers, and Lali Beads. She has also served as an Adjunct Teacher at the University of Redlands. She holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts in Child Development from San Diego Mesa College. She is recognized as a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader who combines entrepreneurial vision with a passion for education and mentorship.
