Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sally
01What do you attribute your success to?
Probably just hard work. I'm not someone who looks for a ton of recognition, I'm just more of the behind-the-scenes, put my head down, do the work. I like to be challenged, so I seek out new challenges. I'm also the person who, if I don't have something to do, I'll go and say, hey, do you have any big projects that you need to start on?
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If stepping into a brand new EA role, ask all the questions, sit in on as many meetings as you can to learn the industry. Absorb everything, pay attention to all the little cues, and it's really just about building trust with your leader.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Patience and compassion because everyone is in different stages of their life. Being super personable, checking on everyone, showing up with coffee to make sure they feel appreciated.
