What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to nearly three decades in real estate, where I’ve focused on building strong systems and a supportive, high-performing team. I’m committed to continuous growth through daily journaling, podcasts, reading, and professional coaching, which has strengthened both my mindset and leadership skills. Staying focused on clear financial goals has allowed me to reinvest in my business and give back to the community in meaningful ways.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women entering this industry to seek mentorship and coaching early—it can accelerate your growth in ways you can’t always do alone. Take time to clearly envision who you want to be 5, 10, or even 20 years from now, and let that vision guide your decisions. Most importantly, pay attention to the internal objections that hold you back, work through them, and don’t let self-doubt stop you from taking action on your goals.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I see right now is helping women feel confident enough to show up fully, speak honestly, and move past the shame or self-doubt that can hold them back. At the same time, that’s also the greatest opportunity—there’s incredible momentum around advancing women’s leadership, and the more candid, visible, and vocal women are, the more we reshape what leadership looks like for everyone.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are self-care, integrity, and truthfulness—even when it’s uncomfortable. I believe taking care of myself allows me to show up fully for others, and I try to lead and live in a way that’s honest, transparent, and aligned with what I know is right.
