01What do you attribute your success to?
I've always had the drive, but I think I was very much inspired by my grandmother, who back when she was making a mark for herself was when women really didn't have a voice, and she found a way to have one. And I think that's what's driven me all these years.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
One of the things I always talk about is don't be afraid to speak up. I am the executive sponsor of our early career BRG team, and I have done that now for almost 6 years. I pride myself, because what we have done is provided these young professionals with a platform to let their voice be heard. I oftentimes tell them that I will learn more from them than they may from me, and I mean it. Companies that don't give a voice to younger professionals are missing out.
