She served as a delegate at the Change the World Model United Nations Conference at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where she represented Poland and contributed to developing sustainable solutions to protect immigration rights. Additionally, her participation in the Harvard Model United Nations and the World Scholar’s Cup honed her diplomatic and cross-cultural communication skills, reinforcing her commitment to international collaboration and policy development.

Currently, Salma applies her leadership and attention to detail in her role as a Safety Specialist at Amazon, ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards and promoting a secure environment for all employees. Her combination of technical expertise, legal curiosity, and humanitarian perspective sets her apart as a rising leader dedicated to advancing safety, justice, and innovation in a digital world.
