Samanta (“Sam”) Javanbakht is a driven and dynamic professional currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Rogers & Cowan PMK, where she specializes in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and client relations. With a foundation in sport management and communications, Sam has built a career that bridges her passion for athletics with her expertise in strategic marketing and entertainment. Before joining R&CPMK, she honed her skills at ITB Worldwide and Bleav Podcast Network, where she worked across talent management, influencer campaigns, and brand integrations—cultivating a deep understanding of how storytelling drives engagement and connection.

Beyond her corporate career, Sam is equally dedicated to mentoring and empowering young athletes. As Head Gymnastics Coach at Chantilly High School, she leads with compassion and discipline, shaping the next generation of gymnasts both on and off the mat. Her commitment to youth development is also reflected in her volunteer work with organizations like Special Olympics and Michigan from the Heart, where she’s contributed to enriching the lives of children and athletes with intellectual disabilities.

A proud graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Sport Management, Sam is currently pursuing her Master of Legal Studies in Sports and Business Law at Arizona State University. Her lifelong dedication to sports, advocacy, and leadership continues to guide her mission—to create meaningful opportunities for athletes and brands alike while championing integrity, teamwork, and mental wellness in every space she enters.

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my background in gymnastics and sports, my commitment to staying present in every moment, and my ability to truly listen—both to my athletes and the people I work with.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are community, balance, and connection—whether it’s coaching gymnastics, working out with my family, or simply enjoying time together watching our favorite reality TV shows.
