Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being self-motivated and driven by a strong sense of responsibility as an older sister. Growing up in a challenging financial situation taught me resilience and the importance of striving for a better future. My sister has always been my biggest motivation—I want to make her proud and set a positive example for her, which pushes me to keep improving and overcome challenges every day.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to not get overwhelmed by the present, but instead focus on becoming the version of myself I want to be in five years. It’s easy to get caught up in immediate pressures and feel uncertain, but shifting my mindset toward long-term growth helps reduce stress and brings clarity. Thinking this way allows me to focus on building a future I’m proud of rather than being consumed by short-term challenges.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to embrace mistakes as part of the learning process and not be afraid to get back up after setbacks. Have confidence in your abilities, pursue your goals boldly, and don’t let fear hold you back from going after what you want. Representation matters, so by showing up and succeeding, you can inspire and encourage other women to do the same. Even in male-dominated spaces, success comes down to determination, resilience, and mindset—not age or gender—so don’t allow yourself to be underestimated.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I believe one of the biggest challenges in my field is public perception, as people often become fixed in their existing viewpoints and struggle to remain open-minded about change and innovation. This can make progress and new ideas harder to accept at times. However, I also see this as an opportunity, because it highlights the importance of education, adaptability, and encouraging a more open and positive attitude toward change—even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My values in both my work and personal life are rooted in empathy, understanding, honesty, and transparency. I strive to lead with compassion and recognize that everyone is navigating different life circumstances, while still staying grounded in my own principles and responsibilities. I believe in open communication and mutual respect—supporting others through challenges, advocating for their needs, and working collaboratively, while also maintaining accountability and commitment to shared goals.
